Eat. Drink. Share. Learn.

In the face of the emerging global food and environmental crisis, we are called to the communal table to innovate and explore food culture. Welcome to the World of Food Experience™.

World of Food Market

Fresh market vendors provide a mix of carefully sourced ingredients while boutique meal vendors provide a mix of hot and cold foods. Both the fresh market and food vendors operate within a thematic program, and contribute to the World of Food Enterprise's Food Ethics Program.

World of Food Exhibitions

Mixed media core exhibitions feature culinary traditions and history, and themes such as food science, food origins, industrialization, innovation, lore and pop culture, intersections with global historical events, and more. Temporary exhibitions rotate on schedule before travelling to other museums and cultural venues.

World of Food Programs

Educational programs linked to curriculum from K-12, and public programs and events featuring culinary traditions, beverage tastings, mixology and gastronomy, food innovation/labs, food science, lecture series, food incubators, and more.

Signature Restaurant and Cocktails

The signature World of Food restaurant and cocktail bar, with a menu, wine, and spirits list that is actively curated with features linked to an international programming calendar.

World of Food Event Space

A state of the art, catered venue for hosting culinary, food, and beverage events, innovation labs, receptions, demonstrations, symposia, and events of all kinds.

Global Recipe Archive

A digital archive to preserve food and beverage traditions, culture, and know-how, positioned and shared to inform food futures.

The World of Food Experience™ is:

  • A museum, entertainment, and learning centre.
  • A unique global destination showcasing food culture.
  • A place to learn about and experience the histories, perspectives, traditions, and more about global foods and beverages.
  • A multi-sensory agora of food knowledge, experience, and gastronomy.
  • An exploratorium of food and beverage science, innovation, social movements, and global sustainability.
  • A global steward preserving food knowledge, know-how, and history.

Meet our Team

We believe that by preserving food culture and knowledge we can help foster food security and sustainability. We also believe that food transcends and celebrates humanity, and that by sitting at a global table we can help bring people together.
